Phase 3 – Impact Assessment by the Agency (2 of 2)
As you now know, the Impact Assessment phase is the third phase of the overall impact assessment process. It begins when the Agency posts a notice on the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry (the Registry) that it is satisfied that the proponent has provided the required information and studies. During this phase, the Agency with support from federal authorities and other participants, assesses potential effects and impacts related to a designated project.
