Key focus

The prime focus of Phase 5 of the impact assessment process is to ensure compliance with the conditions set out in the Decision Statement. The proponent is responsible for implementing these conditions, which include mitigation measures and follow-up program requirements. The Impact Assessment Agency (the Agency) is responsible for promoting compliance with the Decision Statement’s conditions, and, where necessary, enforcement.
